Full-time schooling needs fully resourced schools
It is disappointing that not all primary school pupils are back today, as was earlier anticipated.
The basic education department even cut the 1.5m social distancing in class to 1m but still the 100-child full capacity could not be achieved. Thousands of children across the country were expected to start schooling on a full-time basis today...
