My heart goes out to the small businesses whose livelihoods are severely impacted by stage 4 #EskomLoadshedding. The cake makers, salons, car washes, guest houses, kota shops,laundromats etc .I can't imagine how much it takes away from you💔💔💔.

People seem to be surprised by the state of #eskom - Stage 4 #loadshedding etc. Where have they been over the past 5 years? We've seen every single parastatal corrupted, broken and bankrupted incl. SAA, SABC, PRASA etc. Eskom was simply another one.

1. SA is out of diesel
2. Pumped storage dams low
3. No power from Mozambique (2 lines down)
4. 5000 MW (8 generator units) down due to boiler tube leaks
5. Three units running but with boiler tube leaks
