Warring factions seek legal end to ongoing church leadership battles

Three warring factions at the International Pentecost Holiness Church (IPHC) are expected to meet in the judge's chambers on Friday to agree on the timeline of the legal process that will lead to the succession battle finally being debated in a court of law.

The meeting, which is seen by the parties as a big milestone, is expected to be attended by legal representatives of the three factions who will set the dates for when all the parties should file their founding affidavits and also determine the date on which arguments should be heard...
