Power couple Bonang Matheba and her rapper boyfriend AKA are rolling in the money.

Bonang was recently unveiled as an ambassador to cellphone operator Cell C while her talented lyrical maestro was snapped up by liquor brand Cruz vodka.

The World Is Yours hitmaker signed the deal late last year and will be paid a whopping R8-million by the end of the campaign.

"Yes, AKA is the brand ambassador and is still on the campaign. The contract is worth R8-million," said the rapper's manager Prince Costinyo.

Bluesky Brand Company, which distributes the popular vodka, declined to comment, saying the nature of the contract is confidential.

Bonang, on the other hand, is understood to have scored R3-million from the cellphone operator when she signed with them in August this year.

An entertainment industry source close to the deal revealed that "Queen B" was paid a cool R3-million for the deal.

Apart from Cell C, Matheba also represents Revlon and KFC, among others.

Cell C spokeswoman Karin Fourie said: "Unfortunately, we cannot disclose confidential information contained in the commercial agreement."

Queen B declined to comment and referred all questions to Cell C.
