Boom! There goes the fat, unsexy marriage body

Seems the best way to get in the best shape you've ever been in is to get a divorce.

Khloe Kardashian was always considered the ugly duckling of the Kardashian Clan. That's until recently when she divorced Lamar Odom and went on a super freakish exercise binge.

She has never looked better.

According to Khloe, a "revenge body" is a physical transformation undergone after a particularly messy break-up. Rounded butt, visible abs and documenting your progress via social media so your ex can see how much better you're doing without them.

She even has a reality show based on this phenomenon.

Her trainer is Gunnar Peterson. He also trains Sofia Vergara and Jennifer Lopez.

If you're motivated to look like these stars try Gunnar Peterson's workout several times a week:

25 jumping jacks

8-12 deadlifts (you can use food cans or books or bottles filled with water if you don't have dumbbells)

26 split jacks

15-20 bent-over raises

30-60 seconds jogging

8-12 step lateral walk in each direction

8-10 close-grip push ups

8-10 regular grip push ups

8 Bulgarian split squats

10 supermans

10-15 bicep curls

Her diet has changed from cakes and bagels to one that is rich in fatty fish, lean red meats, single-ingredient starches such as potatoes, brown or white rice, yams, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, oat flakes, quinoa and lentils. (www.womenshealthmag.com.)

Seems Khloe isn't the only woman who had this idea.

It's been a widely speculated rumour that Unathi Msengana was having marriage troubles.

Last week she finally let the cat out the bag that she and Thomas "Bad Boy T" Msengana were no more. Her transformation over the last three years has been insane. We can't help but think that the inevitable split had a role to play.

She has gone from a size fatty boom-boom to a "wow look at me now" mother-of-two.

She initially said she didn't want to look like her husband's aunty, but like the sexy girlfriend he met.

Most of her weight was gained during her second pregnancy when she enjoyed carbs and chocolate milk.

After deciding to look and feel good again, she traded the junk food for veggies and healthy protein and hit the gym hard, even on weekends.

She regularly updates her gym routines on Instagram.

She eats plenty of fruit and vegetables and does the odd workout running after her kids to keep trim.
