Lerato Moloi, a former actress on Muvhango, will be presenting the popular gospel show Gospel Gold on SABC 1 on Sundays, starting from this week.

The sultry actress will present the show with the relatively unknown Steve Molakeng.

The show was previously presented by Tenessen Legethe and Zanele Mbokazi, who will now produce the show.

"I feel honoured to be part of this show," she said.

"I come from a Christian family background and I love gospel.

"But apart from that I want to reach out to young people through the messages that we will be sending out about God.

"It is also a new experience for me and I am ready for the challenge. I hope to learn a lot from both young and old viewers," Moloi added.

"We are very excited to have them on board," said Sarah Ngubeni, the show's executive producer.
