A family of a pupil who was killed outside his school believes his life would have been spared had the school responded quicker to rush him to hospital. 

But it took the principal of Dinokaneng Senior Secondary School in Sebokeng, south of Johannesburg, one hour and 30minutes to have Tumelo Jwili, a 16-year-old pupil, taken to Sebokeng Hospital, some 6km away...
