So what if Erica Strange could change her past? That's where Dr Tom can help. Going back in time, she recalls how in high school she thought she'd grow up, meet the guy, get the career, have a couple of beautiful, clever kids and live happily ever after. But it never happened. Now she has the chance.

Erica finds herself in hospital where she meets Dr Tom. He tells her that he can help, but once she commits, she can't back out. Desperate, she agrees and finds herself back in her past. A young person in full possession of her adult mind, this is an opportunity of a lifetime. Ally McBeal meets Bridget Jones in this comedy drama about a woman who has a chance to right her past wrongs.

The show on The Hallmark Channel will appeal to its target audience of over 30s females. Being Erica started on November 12 at noon on Channel 108.
