Exciting Jomo Cosmos midfielder Dikgang "Terminator" Mabalane is set to become the latest South African player to further his soccer career abroad.

Mabalane is going to join top Danish First Division outfit FC Brondby as his contract with Cosmos expires at the end of this month.

Following the automatic relegation of Ezenkosi to the First Division, Mabalane was linked with Mamelodi Sundowns.

Tshepo Moloto, Mabalane's business manager, yesterday confirmed to Sowetan that the skilful dribbler was on his way to Denmark.

"I can't reveal the name of the club at this stage, but we are home and dry in terms of the deal that will see Dikgang going to Europe next season," he said.

"We are happy with the deal and it's good for the boy to further his career abroad. I know there were reports that he is joining Sundowns, but nobody has approached us.

"Dikgang will be going to Denmark on June 30 for medical tests. We decided to go public about the deal to end speculation about his future. The Danes have decided that he should come after the Euro Cup," said Moloto, who is a new kid on the block in the business of managing players.

The Danes were impressed with the Diepkloof-born Mabalane after seeing him in action when Ezenkosi toured Copenhagen last year.

Moloto also announced that AmaZulu were on the verge of buying out midfielder Senzo Ndlovu's contract with SuperSport United, where he still has a two-year deal.

"We should be able to conclude the deal by the end of this week."
