One of three suspects accused of killing teenage girl Dineo Pitso and dumping her corpse in a storm water drain had charges against him withdrawn in the Krugersdorp magistrates' court yesterday.
Accused Kenny Mogale, 24, and Andrew Ramphela, 26, will appear in court again on November 22.
