Khloe Kardashian is reportedly making medical decisions for her estranged husband Lamar Odom as he remains in a critical condition as their divorce is yet to be finalised.

The 31-year-old star immediately rushed to her estranged husband's hospital bedside yesterday (14.10.15) after hearing he was in a critical condition after being found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada.

And it's now been revealed Khloe is making medical decisions for the former basketball star as although she filed for divorce in 2013 amid claims he'd cheated on her and was addicted to crack cocaine, there's said to be a backlog in the family law courts.

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star delayed her divorce for a year and a half as she tried to save her marriage to Lamar - with whom she tied the knot after a month of dating - and although they both eventually signed their final divorce documents the backlog means it won't be finalised for at least two months, TMZ.com reports. Meanwhile, it's emerged the herbal Viagra pills that Lamar had been taking at the infamous Love Ranch are extremely dangerous.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) say the pills branded as Reload contain sildenafil - the active ingredient in Viagra - although the packaging does not state that under the ingredients. Sildenafil - which is usually restricted to prescription medications - can ''lower blood pressure to dangerous levels''.

The FDA sent out a warning in 2013 saying: ''Consumers should stop using this product immediately and throw it away.'' Lamar - who is also believed to have taken cocaine and ''virtually every drug imaginable'' - reportedly bought the Reload pills at the ranch but the remaining inventory has now been seized by police.
