Limpopo warned about looters

THE last time I saw people singing and dancing in a manner that sought to mock and ridicule President Jacob Zuma - like Julius Malema did at the recent ANC provincial conference - was two seasons ago

The ringleader then was Cope member Anele Mda. So does this mean Malema's Cope membership is imminent?

Does it also mean Malema is a slow learner, considering that Mda swallowed her pride and begged Zuma to forgive her and accept her back into the ANC?

Did we not warn the people of Limpopo that unless they stopped the rampant corruption led by the new shower choreographer boy they would wake up with a few individuals richer than the entire province?

That five provincial departments exhausted their budgets before the end of the current financial year is the only highlight of this province.

One wonders whether cash from these departments - now under national administration - was used to buy votes to return the looters to office.

Now that the looters are back, the remaining departments will be cash-strapped before the end of March 2012.
