MADRID - Jose Mourinho has agreed to extend his contract with Real Madrid for two years, which will keep him at the club until the end of the 2015-16 season.
Mourinho led Madrid to its first Spanish league title in four years this season to add to the Copa del Rey (King's Cup win during his first campaign at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Madrid set both the league scoring record with 121 goals and the points record with 100 this season.
Before taking over at Real Madrid, Mourinho coached Inter Milan, Chelsea and FC Porto.
