Misfiring Amajita annoy coach

AMAJITA coach Solly Luvhengo is frustrated with the team's failure to convert their chances into goals ahead of the 2011 Metropolitan Cosafa Under-20 Soccer Cup final group clash against Zambia at the University of Botswana today.

The South Africans, who are top of their group on four points from two matches, go into this game needing a clear win to end the junior Chipolopolo's dream of achieving a unique record of three successive titles in the tournament. Zambia also have four points but Luvhengo's charges lead them on goal difference.

Today's match would have been of little significance for South Africa had they not squandered dozens of scoring opportunities in their 1-1 draw against Tanzania on Sunday night.

They would have already qualified after hammering Mauritius 4-0 in their opening match on Friday, a feat matched by Zambia.
