A domestic worker suffered multiple injuries when she was attacked by a dog at the house where she works in Westville north of Durban on Thursday‚ paramedics said.
“Apparently the domestic worker on the premises went to the outside gate of the house and when she returned‚ she was attacked by the dog‚” ER24 emergency medical service said.
It said when its paramedics arrived on the scene they found that the woman had sustained multiple injuries to her arms and legs.
“ER24 treated and transported the woman to King Edward Hospital for further treatment.”
It was not known what caused the attack‚ it said.
