South Africa bat against India in third ODI

South Africa’s captain AB de Villiers won the toss and elected to bat in the third one-day international against India in Rajkot on Sunday.

The five-match series is locked 1-1 after South Africa won the first game in Kanpur and India drew level in Indore.

The Proteas retained the same team for the third successive match, while India brought in leg-spinner Amit Mishra in place of fast bowler Umesh Yadav.

The one-day series will be followed by four Test matches.   India — Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt), Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Ajinkya Rahane, Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma, Amit Mishra, Axar Patel, Harbhajan Singh, Mohit Sharma.

South Africa — AB de Villiers (capt), Hashim Amla, Farhaan Behardien, Quinton de Kock, JP Duminy, Faf du Plessis, Imran Tahir, David Miller, Morne Morkel, Kagiso Rabada, Dale Steyn.
