Sixteen people were injured in two separate accidents in Boksburg on the East Rand on Saturday.
According to ER24 emergency medical service‚ 10 people were injured in a collision between a taxi and a bakkie in Van Dyk Road on Saturday afternoon while six people were injured in an accident involving a SUV and a car at the corner of Trichardt and Dudley Smith roads.
The injured were treated on the scene and transported to local hospitals for further treatment.
