A doctor was arrested on Wednesday for sexually assaulting four boys in Jeffreys Bay, Eastern Cape police said.
Lt-Col Priscilla Naidu said the 54-year-old man was arrested in his home after two mothers opened cases of sexual assault in August.
The sexual offences apparently took place in 2003 in the doctor’s consulting room.
Three of them were siblings, aged between 8 and 10 at the time.
The fourth child was assaulted when he was 9 years old.
The doctor was due to appear soon in the Humansdorp Magistrate’s Court.
