DICKSON Makeke of Limpopo has been missing since January 18 2008.
Makeke, 45, ran into the fast-flowing Tubatse River after he was caught having sex with a taxi operator's wife.
The former employee of the Greater Sekhukhune district municipality was allegedly caught in the act at GaMampuru village in Steelpoort near Burgersfort.
After his disappearance, several people claimed to have seen him.
He was allegedly seen at the funeral of a long-time friend in GaSelala village near Burgersfort in June 2008.
People claimed he was driving a BMW 1 series.
About a month later he was apparently seen at a bank in Groblersdal, a day after he had allegedly been at the Department of Home Affairs in the area.
At the time sources told Sowetan that he had pleaded with people not to talk about his whereabouts.
Makeke is still unaccounted for
