South Africa will be immersed in music when international R&B and New Jack Swing icons descend on Mzansi's shores.

Keith Sweat, pictured, together with K-Ci & Jojo and Ginuwine, are expected to pull the crowds in when they perform during the Ladies Night Tour.

The shows will take place on August 8 at the Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg and in Durban at the Absa Stadium on August 10. The shows are organised by Morris Rhoda Productions.

The events have been planned to coincide with Women's Day celebrations on August 9 in the country.

"We aim to make this a night to remember for music lovers. We have decided to bring these three acts to South Africa to show our women how much they mean to us," said Morris Rhoda.

Sweat is an accomplished R&B artist, soul singer, songwriter, record producer and major contributor to the New Jack Swing era.

He has won musical accolades with hits such as Make It Last Forever, I'll Give All My Love to You, Keep It Coming, Get Up On It, Still in the Game, Didn't See Me Coming and Rebirth.

Sweat has found success as an entrepreneur and as an artist.

He used to own a successful nightclub and has recently opened a high-end luxury hotel, both in suburban Atlanta.

Tickets, priced between R165 and R350, are on sale at Computicket, Shoprite and Checkers outlets.
