Financial services company Andisa Capital has increased its black empowerment shareholding after parent company Standard Bank sold 34percent of its stake to management and investment group Safika Holdings.

Financial services company Andisa Capital has increased its black empowerment shareholding after parent company Standard Bank sold 34percent of its stake to management and investment group Safika Holdings.
