Dwayne Johnson's diet plan

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson eats seven meals a day and starts working out at four in the morning to sustain his good physique.

The 'Fast and Furious' star is known for his great physique but it doesn't come without a lot of hard work as it has been revealed the star consumes 36 ounces of cod a day and starts exercising at four in the morning.

Revealing his diet and exercise plan to Muscle and Fitness, Dwayne starts the day with a cardio workout between four and five in the morning before enjoying a meal of cod, eggs and oatmeal.

He then works out for a further 90 minutes and then enjoys his six other meals spread throughout the day. His other meals contain a mixture of fish, rice, vegetables with the former wrestler having an 8 oz steak alongside a baked potato and spinach for meal five.

Meanwhile, the 42-year-old actor previously revealed he changes his diet to suit which role he is playing. He said: ''For different roles my condition and training and diet does alter. Depending on the role, it will really dictate the type of training I do.

''For 'Hercules,' it was a 22-week diet, while for 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' it was about a 14-week diet, and for 'Pain & Gain' I wanted to come out looking bulky, big, and dangerous, so we adjusted accordingly.''
