Wash hands well
WASHING your hands is one of the best ways of avoiding colds and flu, but you need to wash them properly.
First, rub your palms together with soap under running water.
Then wash the spaces between your fingers and thumbs as well as your fingers, thumbs, nails and palms.
Finally, rinse your hands under running water and dry them well with a clean towel.
