Kelly Osbourne admits feeling suicidal

Kelly Osbourne wanted to kill herself while she was struggling with drink and drug addictions, but losing weight and falling in love have helped turn her life around.

The 'Fashion Police' star considered taking her own life when her constant partying, drink and drug-taking spiralled out of control, until she made the life-changing decision to go to rehab and take control of her addictions.

Kelly confessed to Fabulous magazine: "I woke up one day and wished I was dead. I wanted to kill myself. I had a period where I behaved really badly, I was a complete arse, but I was incredibly unhappy, incredibly messed-up.

"I left London and I went home to LA. I went to rehab, I had therapy and basically I just grew up."

The reality star - whose parents are legendary showbiz couple Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne - also credits her decision to participate in ballroom dancing competition 'Dancing With The Stars' in 2009 with helping her shed her excess weight and learning to ignore the constant 'fat' jibes thrown at her.

Kelly - who lost four and a half stone - said: "I'm the thinnest I've ever been and the healthiest I've ever been. The totally insane thing is that I'm a UK size four to six and people still say I'm fat."

The fashionista has her boyfriend, chef Matthew Mosshart, to thank for making her happy again and says falling in love for the first time has completely rebuilt her self-esteem.

She gushed: "He's amazing. I couldn't believe he truly liked me because I never think people ever could, but I'm so happy.

"I don't think I've ever really known what love is like before."
