World's deadliest spider

THE Brazilian wandering spider is, according to the 2007 Guinness Book of World Records, the most venomous spider in the world.

This is because it can inject the largest amount of deadly venom into its victims. It is found throughout South America and wanders around the forest floor, rather than staying in a web.

When not in the forest, it is often found in homes - hanging out in shoes, hats and other clothes.

It accounts for about half of all spider-related hospitalisations in South America. - largestfastestsmartest.com; environmentalgraffiti.com; venomous-spiders.nanders.dk
