Kaizer Chiefs defender Tsepo Masilela says scoring goals should be every player’s responsibility.

The 30 year-old left-back told Chiefs official website following a goalless draw against embattled Jomo Cosmos in a League clash on Tuesday night.

"The football ‘gods’ are not on our side at the moment. That happens. However, we will fix it and come right soon," he said.

"Scoring is every player’s responsibility, because it can’t be only the responsibility of the striker. When you get a chance, you must take a shot at goal.

"On the other hand, their goalkeeper was named ‘Man of the Match’, which shows that they were under siege as well."

Chiefs remain fifth on the log after seven matches with three points behind log leaders Platinum Stars.
