XOLANI Mdaki has described himself as "over the moon" after sealing a loan spell with Swedish side Djurgardens until the end of the season.
The Mamelodi Sundowns utility player joins compatriot Mark Mayambela at the club, where he has clinched a deal until the end of the Swedish season in November.
"I am over the moon, I wish I could fly! I am very happy," an ecstatic Mdaki told the Djurgardens website. "My job was to impress when I came on trial and that is what I did. Everything has gone very well since I came here."
Mdaki, who spent last season on loan at National First Division side Santos, said he had settled well into life in Sweden. He can play as a full-back or in midfield but said Djurgardens coach Marcelo Fernandez wanted him to feature in central midfield.
