BAFANA Bafana midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi's agent has hinted the player could turn down a new contract offer at English Premiership side Crystal Palace in favour of a move elsewhere.

The Eagles waited until their top-flight status had been assured before opening talks with "KG" over a new deal, but that has given a host of other clubs in England, Germany and France the opportunity to put offers on the table.

The 29-year-old's agent, Alex Levack, has told reporters in England that Dikgacoi is looking at all possibilities and has yet to throw in his lot with Palace again.

Sowetan previously reported interest in Dikgacoi from newly promoted Premiership side Leicester City, Newcastle United, Hull City, Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion.

Dikgacoi knows that this will likely be his last contract of significance in Europe and is hoping to earn a bumper deal to take him into his early 30s.

He is an attractive proposition for clubs, an experienced international who has been playing in England for four years.

Some of that time was spent in the second-tier Championship, but that is a division on a par with many top-level leagues across Europe such as Belgium, Sweden and Greece.
