FRANS Molefe Khunou, the founder member of the Federation of South African Amateur Bodybuilders, has died.
He lost a long battle with prostate cancer on Monday.
Khunou passed on at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital. He was 78.
Khunou founded Fosaab in 1974, which benefited many budding bodybuilders in Gauteng.
Khunou, of Mofolo Village, Soweto, was also involved in musical projects, notably The Young Ones and Tiny Tots.
He will be cremated tomorrow. The service will be held at Mofolo Hall, opposite Mofolo Park, from 8am.
