A 29-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested for robbing paramedics, Johannesburg metro police said yesterday.
Three paramedics were held up by three men while attending to a patient in White City, Soweto, on Friday, said Metro police spokesman Wayne Minnaar.
Metro police in the vicinity responded to a radio message and were able to capture one man suspected of the crime.
A wallet, GPS navigation device and cellphone belonging to the paramedics were recovered from him.
Paramedics 'robber' held
