Most of the celebrities arrived on Friday and visited vulnerable communities facing abuse, poverty and many other negative aspects in their lives.
They gave shoes to children and seeds to poor farmers to mark the first International Nelson Mandela Day.
The celebrities were the guests of the provincial department of public works, roads and transport and the Ubuntu Helping Hand Foundation, an NGO founded by Baby Cele-Mabuza.
“I chose Mpumalanga for the activities because I’m married here. It is a beautiful place and a serious tourist destination,” Cele-Mabuza said.
