Even now we don't know how the judge allegedly tried to influence the outcome of cases involving ANC president Jacob Zuma.

There are questions that need to be answered because, as the public, we don't know whether he wanted the court to uphold the Supreme Court of appeal ruling or to rule in Zuma's favour.

Analysts, opposition leaders and commentators want us to believe he wanted the court to rule in Zuma's favour. T he media have been one-sided.

Now the wrong impression has been created that Zuma had something to do with Hlophe's actions even before we know the whole truth about the matter.
