The first FNB Whisky Live Showroom in Soweto will take place at the Walter Sisulu hall in Kliptown from 15-17 August 2014.
The event will showcase some of the world’s finest whiskies, including The Glenlivet, Bains Cape Mountain Whisky, Balblair, The Balvenie, House of Walker and Glenfiddich among others, making it possible for fans and newcomers of the precious dram to sample and purchase their favourite whiskies in an exclusive setting.
The organisers have changed the format of the event from the larger Festival environment seen in Soweto in 2013 to a more intimate setting that is wonderfully suited to networking with business associates, or sharing whisky tasting experiences with great friends.
This more intimate setting means that tickets are limited – and that whisky lovers, and those who are curious about this wonderful spirit, should book well in advance to make sure that they don’t miss out.
Tickets cost R150 each at www.whiskylivefestival.co.za, and R170 at the door.
