'Have to do list' makes life easy

MAKE a "have to do list" of the things you must do each day, but do not make it so long that you feel defeated before even getting started.

.

This list should have no more than three to eight items on it, depending on how big they are and depending on your lifestyle.

Don't put in the things everyone has to do - like fetching the children from school or doing the shopping. These are things you will do no matter what.

If you have a report that should be completed by next week, write "fill in first three pages of the report" on your "have to do today" list.
