Mental focus

MOST people have concentration spans of between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the subject, how they feel, the amount of rest they have had and their eating habits.

Try to get to know your particular concentration span and work with it rather than against it.

Don't try to study for longer than you can manage as you will simply be reading the words, but you will not take in any of the information.
