Signs of depression

COMMON signs and symptoms of depression:

  • Feelings of helplessness and hopelessness - you feel that nothing will ever get better and there is nothing you can do to improve your situation;
  • No interest in daily activities - not interested in former hobbies, social activities or sex.
  • You don't seem to be able to feel any joy and pleasure;
  • A significant change in weight - putting on or losing more than 5% of your body weight in a month;
  • Sleep patterns have changed - you want to sleep all the time or can't sleep at all;
  • Loss of energy - you feel tired and sluggish;
