HOUSE music band MiCasa's dream of collaborating with the Grammy-winning Ladysmith Black Mambazo has finally borne fruit.

They have put together a sweet harmony that will have dance lovers - young and old - on their feet.

The song, called My Sugar, was written by J'Something and Joseph Shabalala.

It was released as a single on iTunes this week.

Ladysmith Black Mambazo manager Xolani Majozi said the group had wanted to record with more local artists, and would soon record a track with a cappella group The Soil.

J'Something, MiCasa's lead singer, said the project was a milestone for them.

MiCasa will also feature in the musical Amambazo, which tells the story of Ladysmith Black Mambazo's journey.
