iNumber Number- heist film - in cinemas

We can’t get enough of broody S'dumo Mtshali on TV, you also shouldn't.

The buff TV star will be hitting a big screen near you as the crime thriller ‘iNumber Number’ opens in cinemas across the country on Friday.

The fourth film by award-winning director Donovan Marsh is South Africa’s latest offering in the heist film genre.

S'dumo stars opposite Presley Chweneyagae of ‘Tsotsi’ fame.

‘iNumber Number’ is an action packed thriller set in Johannesburg about a pair of cops battling corrupt colleagues as well as a gang of armoured-car thieves.

Sello "Shoes" Moshoeshoe (Chweneyage) and Chili (Mtshali) have been partners in the police force for eight years. After they make a risky arrest, their corrupt superior refuses to give them the reward they are due. Enraged, Chili sets about infiltrating a gang of armoured car thieves.

Donovan says the movie in an entertaining piece but it also tackles some of the social issues that the country is faced with.

It is a well crafted a film that takes the audience on a thrilling journey.

The dialogue will get everyone extremely excited.

Look out for the exceptional Israel Makoe who also plays the role of hard-core gangster ‘Skroef’ in the film.

Makoe has appeared in a number of feature films, including Four Corners (2013), Tsotsi (2005) and Drum (2004).

He is also a well-known face on television and has starred in Yizo Yizo, Gaz'lam, Zone 14, Zero Tolerance, Home Affairs, and Isidingo.
