Inkatha Freedom Party leader Mangosuthu Buthelezi will on Tuesday meet with Four Paws International Director (SA) Fiona Miles to receive and facilitate the delivery of about 650‚000 signed petitions calling for an immediate end to the practice of ‘canned’ or ‘captive-bred’ lion hunting in South Africa.
The signed petitions will thereafter be delivered to the Office of the Minister of Environmental Affairs‚ Edna Molewa‚ the parties said in a statement.
