Land Bank case deferred

THE fraud case involving former acting Land Bank CEO Phil Mohlahlane, pictured, and former Gauteng housing MEC Dan Mofokeng has been postponed to July.
They appeared in the Pretoria specialised commercial crimes court yesterday together with two others - a Polokwane attorney, Matuba Maponya, and the Land Bank's former AgriBEE manager Khutso Mosoma on five charges of fraud and five of money laundering.
Their case was postponed to July 27 for further investigations.
