War over Mandla Hlatshwayo's estate

The dust has hardly settled on the grave of former Generations actor Mandla Hlatshwayo, but his ex-wife and family are already at each other's throats over his estate.

The warring parties have allegedly obtained separate court interdicts preventing each other from entering the slain Jozi FM DJ's five-bedroom manor in Kibler Park, south of Joburg.

Mandla's ex-wife Amanda was the first to draw blood when she blitzed into the house on Wednesday last week and changed the locks of the doors, preventing his second wife Mami and ex-in-laws from accessing the property.

The family hit back by deploying a contingent of plain-clothed security guards to the house and ordered them to physically block Amanda from coming onto the property.

Amanda then obtained a court interdict two days before his ex-husband's funeral to stop her ex-in-laws and Mami from coming onto the property, arguing that it was hers.
