TRADE relations between South Africa, India and Brazil had improved significantly despite the global economic recession, Minister of Trade and Industry, Rob Davies said at a business forum yesterday.
The IBSA (India, Brazil, SA) international tripartite grouping is aimed at boosting cooperation between the countries.
The forum was attended by members of the IBSA.
