Ncwane allegedly broke the ninth commandment of the Lord that says: "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbour."
The award-winning muso was quoted in a weekly magazine two weeks ago saying that he bought all his cars cash.
This follows his much-publicised donation of a R1.9-million Mercedes Benz GL 63 AMG V8 to his pastor, Francis Anosike.
