l "Quality management would form part of this qualification. If the candidate has no industry experience then they would join as an assistant and would be required to successfully complete 11 modules, which we have set up, before being appointed as a technologist," Paulson says.

l "Obviously if the candidate has industry experience, and depending on the amount of experience they have, this would determine the level they come in on," she says.
