Since 2000, the Student Sponsorship Programme (SSP), a non-profit trust, has provided educational opportunities to hundreds of talented scholars from low-income families to attend the best secondary schools in Gauteng, the Eastern Cape and the Western Cape.
SSP develops South Africa’s future leaders by providing academically distinguished learners the opportunity to excel at South Africa’s best resourced high schools.

Those who achieve 70% average in these assessments will be invited, along with their parents, for social and financial interviews to determine eligibility on the basis of commitment, leadership potential, motivation and financial need. Successful candidates will be selected to participate in the Scholars Development Programme during their grade 7 year.
