While the brouhaha surrounding Lehlohonolo Majoro is gaining momentum, the Kaizer Chiefs forward seems to be unperturbed about it.

Yesterday he turned up at Naturena for Chiefs' morning training session but did not train with his teammates.

He watched the session from the sidelines.

Majoro later posted a video at the gym by himself on Instagram, an online video-sharing social network service.

His agent Tim Sukazi confirmed that Majoro did not train with his teammates.

"He trained alone early and left after training," said Sukazi who could not comment more as he was rushing to an interview elsewhere.

The Bafana Bafana striker is refusing to join SuperSport United as part of a swap deal involving George Maluleka.

Maluleka has signed a three-and-a-half year contract with Chiefs and began training with his new club at the weekend.

United have confirmed that Majoro agreed to a switch deal.

Chiefs general manager Bobby Motaung could not be reached for comment at the time of going to press last night.

Majoro has gone underground and attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful since the saga started.

The 27-year-old is said to be joining Chiefs' arch-rivals Orlando Pirates.

Sowetan broke the story last month where a source close to the situation told the newspaper that the former AmaZulu forward has signed a pre-contract with the Buccaneers.

But this was denied by Pirates.

A pre-contract with any club means Majoro would leave Chiefs as a free agent at the end of the season because his contract expires in six months.

United chief executive Stan Matthews had been quoted by the club's media department saying Majoro had in fact signed a pre-contract with Pirates to join them next season without Sukazi.

However, Matthews sent a retraction claiming the press release had been sent out without his approval.

Sukazi said Majoro would not be a Chiefs player by the end of the January transfer window.
