A gang of robbers armed with AK47s ambushed a G4S cash-in-transit vehicle in Nelson Mandela Bay on Thursday.
The suspects rammed the vehicle off the road on 10th Avenue in Walmer.
The security officials driving the vehicle were robbed of their weapons. No one was injured in the robbery.
It is suspected that money was stolen from the vehicle. However‚ police are still on the scene gathering details.
