Malema calls DA's Kohler Barnard a 'white madam'
EFF leader Julius Malema labelled DA MP Dianne Kohler Barnard a "white madam" on Tuesday after she took to twitter to question his whereabouts.
We take a look at other politicians who have been victims of the firebrand's name calling antics.
2014: Malema called Small Business Minister Lindiwe Zulu a ' street girl' who has no morals and said that as a minister she should not be taken seriously.
2012: Malema refused to debate Lindiwe Mazibuko, calling her Helen Zille's 'tea lady' and he also refered to Zille as the 'madam'
2010: Malema who was the then ANC Youth League president called journalist Jonah Fisher a "bastard" and an "agent" and kicked him out of a media briefing.
Last year Mmusi Maimane praised Malema for asking good questions but was not impressed with the way he answers them.
"[To] be frank, I think his ideas are unworkable. I think his ideas are populist. I think his questions are good -- in that we must ask questions about land -- but I think his answers are bad."
In an interview with Mail & Guardian, Malema defended himself after being criticised for the things he says.
"If you sit with me at a personal level, you are going to kiss me on my forehead. You will say: 'This is not the person we are always told about, [that] he is a monster, and he is going to be Hitler'. I'm the sweetest guy. I'm the coolest guy."
