"There are some things that are non-negotiable. These include rooting out fraud and corruption in all its forms and the obligations and responsibilities of all of us as public servants to be on time, on task and professionally behaved at all times. "Five officials have been suspended and charged with misconduct. More officials are implicated and investigations will lead to criminal prosecutions," Nxesi said.
