Praise for Cosatu

OBED Bapela, deputy minister in the Presidency for performance monitoring and evaluation, has heaped praises on Cosatu.

Addressing various stakeholders on Friday in the state of the nation seminar at Porche-Villa Lodge in Muledane, outside Thohoyandou, Bapela said Cosatu had a marshalling system that could deal with people who come to a march with their own agendas and to vandalise state property.
